Action Network programme extension
Beef + Lamb New Zealand (B+LNZ) in conjunction with the Red Meat Profit Partnership, its partners and the Ministry for Primary Industries are pleased to advise that the Action Network programme has been extended until 31 March 2021.
What this means is that RMPP Action Network groups can continue to draw down on group funding for activity through to 31 March 2021. This will give Action Groups more time to work together to explore ideas and share expert resources to help make positive changes on-farm. This also provides the opportunity for new Action Groups to form.
B+LNZ are excited to continue delivering the RMPP Action Network programme. They're adopting the principles of the Action Network model throughout their extension activities. They see the Action Network model as vital across their organisation to support farmers driving on-farm productivity and profitability.
Groups will continue to be supported while having access to experienced facilitators, subject matter experts, and quality tools and resources.
Recent UMR evaluation and farmer feedback has shown the real value of well facilitated, small group learning with other likeminded farmers, getting off-farm and having access to expert advice. The analysis shows that this approach is significantly improving farmer profitability and confidence.
